DirectFlow User Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 20 November 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how DirectFlow collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you interact with our platform through WhatsApp or any other integrated service.
By engaging with any business powered by DirectFlow, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Who We Are
DirectFlow is a platform operated and owned by: EIGHTY SIX CODE DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION IN COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND PROGRAMS - L.L.C, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
2. What Information We Collect
We collect the following personal data when you interact with businesses using DirectFlow:
- Your name
- Your WhatsApp number
- Saved delivery addresses
- Order history (e.g., items ordered, time, and location)
We do not collect any other personal data or share information with external advertisers or third parties.
3. How We Use Your Data
Order Processing: Your data is shared with the business you are interacting with for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Marketing (Optional): If you opt in, your WhatsApp number may be used by the business to send you updates, promotions, or offers. You may opt out at any time.
Address Reuse (User-Only Visibility): Any delivery address you save while ordering from one business (e.g., Restaurant A) will automatically appear for you when ordering from another business (e.g., Restaurant B)—but only you can see it. The business will not have access to your saved address unless you place an order with them. This feature exists purely to save you the hassle of re-entering your address every time.
Platform Improvement: To enhance user experience and service quality, we analyze general usage patterns only within chats between you and the businesses using DirectFlow. We do not have access to your personal WhatsApp messages or any other conversations outside those specific business chats. This analysis is done anonymously and is never tied to your name, number, or identity.
4. How Your Data Is Stored
All data is securely stored on DirectFlow’s virtual private servers.
5. Data Sharing with Businesses
Only the business you are directly interacting with will have access to:
- Your name
- Contact number (WhatsApp)
- Delivery address
- Order details
This data is shared for fulfilling your order and sending updates or promotions via WhatsApp, but only if you’ve opted in to receive marketing messages from that business. You can opt out at any time.
6. Data Retention
Your information is first stored securely within the DirectFlow system. It is only shared with a business when you interact with them directly (e.g., by placing an order).
A business will have access to your data only while they are actively using DirectFlow. If they stop using the platform or delete their account, their access is revoked. However, if they have previously exported your data, DirectFlow cannot control how they use it afterward.
We retain your information to improve convenience—such as pre-filling your details if you order from another business using DirectFlow.
If you prefer to have your data removed entirely from our system, you can request deletion at any time by contacting:
privacy@directflow.ae.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the data we store about you
- Ask for corrections or updates
- Request complete deletion of your data
8. Operating Jurisdiction
DirectFlow is operated in and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website at
